happiness

by 20pretty08 @ 2008-03-13 - 19:36:02

I was singing to myself the other day
The song was about "God is the reason why i am happy"
I have sang this song so many times, but for the first time in my life it made a reality call in my mind and now when i sing the song it has a different meaning to my soul and the feelings are all different.
This is the reason why i want to share this with my friends whoever and wherever you are. As long as you read this you are my friend.

HAPPINESS!
I now realise that happiness is not just the physical things you get in life, as a matter of fact it is absolutely nothing that money can buy.
Happiness is the ability to see the beauty of the world, hear sound, speak words.
It is the ability to love people and be loved, the ability to share with people, the ability to help someone, the ability to be of support, the ability to care about life and all that is part of life, because life is a precious gift that money cannot buy.
Happiness is good health and the ability to feel peaceful within yourself
Happiness is about having a job that keeps the mind busy, having a home (roof over your head), and the ability to be clothed.
Happiness is the ability to have goals in life and aim towards them, the more we work hard the closer we get to our goals this process keeps our mind busy, and away from idleness-the devils workshop.
Happiness is about fruitfulness in all that we do.
Happiness is having families, friends, neighbours, colleagues etc
Happiness is about growing
Happiness is about living
Happiness is life!
God makes us happy

Our daily aspiration is therefore to be fruitful and as my pastor mentioned in his message "God created us and ordained us to be fruitful-Genesis 1vs28".
Our daily aspiration to be friutful keeps us busy and closer to God.

Therefore, today when i sing this song i sing it with a grateful and thankful heart, because i know the meaning of the song

What do you guys think?
